By downloading or using Batteryx VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Batteryx VPN provides a virtual private network connection designed to add a privacy and security layer between your device and the internet. The app is currently offered without account registration and includes a free monthly data allowance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Batteryx VPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- violate applicable laws or another person's rights;
- distribute malware, send spam, commit fraud, or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others;
- interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service; or
- bypass technical limits or attempt to avoid the monthly data allowance.
4. Free allowance and availability
The current free plan includes up to 100 GB of data per month and access to supported locations. Server availability, speed, coverage, and features may vary by region, device, network conditions, maintenance, and capacity. We may reasonably modify limits, locations, or features in the future.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Batteryx VPN and forms part of these terms.
6. Important limitations
Batteryx VPN is not antivirus software and does not guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted access, protection from every threat, or access to every website or service. You remain responsible for device security, software updates, account security, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.
7. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or stop access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Batteryx VPN at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the app.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batteryx VPN is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batteryx VPN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
